Organize your class plans by type. If you teach more than one type of class you can manage them separately. For example, if you teach yoga and a boot camp class. You can manage the class plans and the exercises associated with each class type separately.
Analyze your class plan. View a report with charts that details the amount of work each body part and exercise category for each block in you class plan and a summary for the entire class plan.
Define your own exercises and associate them with the class types that you define. You can also select which body parts an exercise works on.
